The advanced design of Mighty Hook's TSR Bar integrates an internal replacement locking hook system with lightweight, low-profile and extremely durable steel crossbars. The internal hook/crossbar contacts prevent coatings from interfering with the grounding characteristics. The internal grounding design means the crossbars require only infrequent stripping. TSR Hooks are also now available on this website.

Mighty Hook Introduces Magnetic Discs

Mighty Hook is introducing a new re-usable high temperature silicone disc combined with a high temperature magnet. This magnetic disk is used to mask ferrous products and can withstand 500° degrees Fahrenheit. It’s advanced design seals around edges to insure quality masking, a tight seal, and leaves no marks. What sets it apart from standard green discs is that it is re-usable and much easier to place and remove than die cut discs. Plus, you get two different diameters in one disc. For any ferrous metal product, this is the newest, most innovative masking product on the market today.

The new Arrow Bar is now Available

Brand new and unique, the Mighty Hook Arrow Bar TM is engineered to hang both lightweight and heavy products that cannot be held securely held by conventional hook/hanging methods in powder coating, liquid coating and e-coating applications. Durable and engineered with a low profile, the laser cut arrow design allows for hanging from a variety of contact areas. The angle design virtually eliminates tilting or swinging of the part during finishing and gravity essentially locks the product on. The Arrow BarTM is designed with an alternate forming pattern that allows products to be held on both sides of the crossbar and can be customized to fit any existing racking system. Stocked in 3 lengths; 25”, 30” and 40” lengths and designed with standard 2”alternate spacing for maximizing density. Arrow Bar™ concept can also be custom manufactured for specific applications.

Mighty Hook Introduces the Vented Flangless Plug

The new Vented flangless plug's advanced design has a vent at the top of the plug that eliminates pressure from building up between the plug and the part. The improved flange design makes it perfect for masking lead treads and its tapered shape is flexible for masking multiple diameters. The vented flangless plug is also designed to reduce paint build up between the plug and the part.

Mighty Hook® is now featuring AP Conveyor® products. The highly engineered Angle PivotTM tooling, Continuous Load Bars, Corner Clear BeamTM and Custom Rotators will maximize your production capabilities. With relatively flat ware packages, and 45° or more inclines and declines, the Angle Pivot tooling alone has been able to increase throughput capacity by 20% - 50%. The cantilevered Corner Clear Beam allows for large racks or large parts to negotiate tight, up to 180° turns without vertical edges touching each other. Custom rotators and attachments can be designed to rotate the part or rack manually or automatically at any position along the coating line.
